PROJECT: Centennial Park Bridge
LOCATION: Canon City, Colorado

This project focuses on the City of Cañon City’s desire to create a “WOW Factor” at night with their historic steel truss bridge that crosses the Arkansas River. The project is part of a larger master plan to enhance connectivity with MainStreet businesses and Centennial Park. The park is where the small city in Colorado hosts many events and the bridge needed to become part of the festivities. Apexx Architecture was the lead architecture firm on this project with Apexx producing visualizations, lighting design, specifications, and drawings for the project. Apexx also assisted the prime contractor with cost estimates, product selection, and concept development.
